You get maximum 45 minutes for consultation with astrologer. You have to reach at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you are late, then your consultation time will reduce, as your appointment will end at the scheduled time. You may be given a grace time of five minutes at the sole discretion of the astrologer.

Yes, you can change your appointment as per your requirement provided you pay the difference of consultation fees from email query to in-person consultation. Please note that if you want to change from face-to-face consultation to email query then the difference will not be refunded. You can log-in to your account to change as per your requirement and/or you can email contact@kundali.co.nz to that effect.
